1. Early beta

QuickFinSync is provided free of charge as an early beta. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans.

2. No accounting or tax advice

QuickFinSync is a data conversion and reconciliation tool. You are responsible for reviewing every output (CSV, QBO, journal entries) before importing it into your accounting system. Nothing in the service is financial, accounting or tax advice.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Only upload data you are authorized to process, including your clients' data.
Do not abuse the service (automated scraping, attempts to access other users' data, overloading it).

4. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security of the service.

The beta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss or errors in converted files.
